Terms and conditions of use of WebSportAdmin software

• The domain’s name, the WebSportAdmin software and the website are owned by WebSportAdmin and are loaned to the client for the duration of the contract.
• The client warrants to WebSportAdmin that he will not use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. The client agrees to abide by all applicable local, provincial, national, international laws and regulations and is solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under their use of the service.
• The client agrees not to publish any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene or unlawful material or information.
• The client pledges not to publish any content protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents or other Canadian and international intellectual proprietary rights and laws.
• WebSportAdmin does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. WebSportAdmin will not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received.
• The client must not participate in any form of un-solicited bulk e-mail or spam. Failure to observe this restriction will result in the site being terminated within 24 hours without refund for services through the remainder of the contract period.
• The client is responsible for and must make it’s own arrangements for data back-up and storage of its data. WebSportAdmin assumes no responsibility for improper storage of data or information or delivery of messages.
• The client agrees that his web site address can be used by WebSportAdmin for promotion purpose and can be refered to for potential clients.
• WebSportAdmin reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
